Provision your SIP account in the yoursipcloud app
To provision your SIP account in the Yoursipcloud app please have your provisioning details ready. This consist of a username, password and registration URL. Now head over to settings and add a profile.
- Username = your unique username
- Password = your password
- Provisioning URL = The URL that is given to register on. This consist of [prefix].yoursipcloud.com
- Protocol: UDP
- Port: 5060
If the app is not registering this can have multiple causes:
- Your username and/or password are invalid. – Check your username and password.
- Your provisioning url is not valid – check your provisioning URL.
- Your IP has been blocked due to to many attempts – please wait for an hour and retry again.
- your device doesn’t have acces to the internet – Please check your connection . The Yoursipcloud app is working on both WIFI as 3G/4G/5G network.
Making a call
The Yoursipcloud app can receive inbound calls and make outbound calls from your phonenumbers.
From the app you can make a call either to a contact or any phonenumber. To make a call to an phonenumber dial the number on the numpad.
If you are not able to make calls this can have multiple causes:
- Your SIP account is not registrated – Check your registration on point 1.
- your device doesn’t have acces to the internet – Please check your connection . The yoursipcloud app is working on both WIFI as 3G/4G/5G network.
